At least once in your life, I hope you fall in love. Deeply, and unapologetically so. I hope you have someone who will carry you up the stairs in the aftermath of a treacherous 20 mile hike. Someone who cooks a mean omelette and knows just how you like your bacon. A partner who will car dance with you and serenade you with pop songs with your name inserted in. One who will frolic through national parks and celestial beaches with you. I pray that you will have someone to hold you in the safety of their embrace as you weep when life overwhelms you. Someone who refuses to get in the way of your big dreams and ambitions, who pushes you to achieve and to create. I hope you find someone who you love to listen to, whose mind you want to watch, absorb, and digest in all it’s […]
Even though I’m sitting in a hallway waiting for my next class to start, I’m trying to remind myself that just yesterday I was in Northern California, enjoying some snow-less beauty. It was just a few days ago that I got to meet a few SF fellow photogs and do a little photo-walk/general exploratory wanderings through this unfamiliar city. It was on fleek (thats another cool/hip/rad/neat new word by the way. I learned over break. if you didn’t know bout it, remember I’m just here to help you be cool. you know, pop culture and junk). ANYWAYS. I’m so glad I got the opportunity to travel over break. I didn’t really feel rejuvenated from break until I got to California. It was wonderful to go home, but you can only feel so inspired after watching so many hours of netflix, you know. #LifeOfTheUnmarriedVidmar So here are some photo documentation of […]
About a month ago, I randomly booked a cruise with some friends of mine because we found a wicked good deal. It was the best choice I’ve made in a long time. We went to Catelina and Ensenada, Mexico. And sometimes you just need to have no service, a good book, good friends, the ocean, and a healthy dose of yolo. I mostly took pictures on my film camera and phone. But Brooke and I switched off using my DSLR, so i’ve got a little dose for ya of the heaven that has been my past week. We started in Catelina and rented bikes for the day. We biked all the way up a hillside to the botanical gardens and it was a hot sweaty mess, but totally worth it. We also swam a little bit, and boy do I love that ocean. ^^^and of course, the obligatory cabin selfie.
what matters is my family. they mean the world to me. i can honestly they are my best friends, i could not be more grateful. They are such great examples of love and loyalty. i’m going to keep them forever. i took family pictures in california. i share them now. stalk away. ^this girl is pretty lucky.
Thankgiving break was absolutely delightful. We went to LA to visit my grandpa and my brother and sister-in-law who drove up from San Diego. We had a grand time. it really was something i’ll always remember (that one is for you dad). Here are some of the pictures from the trip. I like Vitamin D way way way way way way way too much. oh and by the way, bestfriendloversister hayley lives in LA too! oh father, your mustache is so majestic. oh you don’t dig holes at the beach? sand castles are overrated….. my family loves me so hard. i love them back.
