Our reception was such a deliriously happy party. We were so thrilled to see so many people and our main goals for the night was to make sure every person got fed and having fun. We also included ourselves in that group. I am so thankful for this day. In order to get the maximum happiness, we did our reception in the evening the day after our ceremony. It was perfectly perfect in every way. We held our reception at the Springville Art Museum sculpture garden, and it was such a hidden gem. I’ve been shooting wedding for years, and I had never shot one in here. It was like it was straight out of Tuscany! Like I mentioned in my previous post, we had such a blast creating all the little details for this party, and were so thankful for all the vendors that contributed to this perfect night. […]
Back when Palolo asked me to shoot her wedding, it’s an understatement to say I was ecstatic. We’re both in the graphic design program I have always just adored her taste. I was SO beyond excited to be able to document what I was sure would be the worlds most beautiful wedding. It was. It was simple and perfect, and I’m so glad I was able to be a part of it. I love couples like Palolo and Samuel where they are just so comfortable with each other, and so contently in love. (I could also say that being comfortable runs in the family, Samuels family and I got pretty comfortable with eachother on the ride from st. george to vegas…huh, amanda? 😉 ) Anyway, I’m so excited to share these images with you and I sure hope you like them, because this was one of my most favorite weddings […]
forewarning, there are a lot of pictures. there was a lot of love 🙂 I am so excited to show you this wedding, they are such a wonderful couple and i really have been so blessed to work with them, truly. I could gush forever but i think i just want you to realized how ADORABLE they are together. please check out the other shoots i’ve done with them, their bridals are here and their engagements are here
This two beautiful people are getting married tomorrow. i’m so happy for them! We had such a good time shooting these, despite the early hour. I just love how much love and and friendship these two have for each other. If you haven’t seen their engagements that i took, go ahead and check them out here. on another note. i just want to sincerely thank you all. i’ve read each of your sweet comments and they have touched my heart. i apologize for not replying to all of them. you truly have no idea how much they have meant to me in the past few days.
Allie is my best friend, you’ve probably seen her alot on this blog if you’ve been following me for a while. if not let me just give you the low down on her. she’s beautiful, compassionate, and funny. she’s one of the few people whose advice i literally crave. our minds are essentially the same, so it’s wonderful. I was her maid of honor, and her photographer, so it was a busy busy day! i brought my dear roommate Brooke to be a second shooter for the pictures that i was supposed to be in, it actually turned out to work out splendidly! there are a LOT of pictures, but if you like them, comment below! 🙂 Dress // Nephi GarciaSuit // H&MVest // ThriftedPocket Watch // thriftedFlowers // Tina NielsonCake // Angela HaagaCenterpieces // DIY (Ty Nielson)
i didn’t have internetz last week. so no cat videos, no coding my portfolio website, no blogging. it was dumb. BUT it was so much fun. So to apologize for my lack of presence in the blogging world, may i making an offering of pictures from a wedding i did in june but never got a chance to post? thanks, you’re real pals my friends. This is Danielle and Jared. They met their freshman year in college and were just friends. Both served LDS missions in Taiwan and reacquainted themselves at a mission reunion last october. Their romance was fast and they fell in love quite quickly, and they were wed in June. Their love is just so genuine and adorable it was a pleasure to document their special day. They are just so cute right? next post will be all about my addiction to Vitamin D
Danielle and Jared are such a fun couple. they are so in love and relaxed in front of the camera that it makes my job easier. I’m shooting their reception tonight and am excited to show you! Both Danielle and Jared served an LDS mission to Tawain and were in the same congregation as freshman so at a mission reunion they re-met (?) and found quite a lovely spark. they also happen to be a super good looking couple. but don’t take my word for it… see for yourself.
what a fun couple! I had the privilege of doing Nicole and Marshall’s Formals a few weeks ago (see here) and i got to join them on their wedding day. They got married in the Logan temple, and it poured. luckily they had a good attitude (nicole even said something along the lines of “I actually like the rain, it’s kinda cool” ). Marshall is a recent convert to the LDS church, so most of his family couldn’t attend the actual ceremony. They had a ring ceremony in Eden UT after their sealing and it was just so great. Afterwards they had a fun reception complete with s’mores! what a fun, full day! whaddya think?
